Locally owned and managed, we have a vested interest in the
effectiveness of program delivery. This professional commitment and personal involvement assures
corporate client satisfaction.
All counselors have extensive Human Resource, Outplacement and/or
Business Coaching counseling background, with “real world” experiences. Having been through
the Outplacement/Career Transition process themselves, they can relate effectively to the
needs and emotions of program participants.
